Employee engagement is a concept that has been around for a very long time, some say since the 1920s. Even as the critical importance of engagement in the productivity, satisfaction and retention of employees is understood, it is an issue many organizations struggle with, and one that companies are building products and processes to solve.
While it’s not the only solution to keeping employees engaged, finding new and better ways to provide regular and effective feedback and recognition is crucial.
